Empowering Paths
The Grande Prairie Friendship Centre - Empowering Paths is administering funding through Reaching Home: Canada’s Homelessness Strategy. This funding, available from 2024 to 2028, is dedicated to addressing Indigenous homelessness in Grande Prairie through culturally appropriate, community-focused initiatives
Proposal
We are pleased to announce that the Call for Proposals is now open as of December 6, 2024, and will close on January 24, 2025. GPFC invites local agencies to apply for funding aimed at preventing and reducing homelessness among Indigenous individuals and families.
