The Grande Prairie Friendship Centre is seeking a temporary full-time Outreach/Safety Support Worker from 8am to 2pm Monday to Friday. 

 

The Outreach/Safety Support Worker will provide a range of frontline support services and work as part of a team to ensure One Window Resource is a respectful, secure, clean and safe environment for all members and staff to visit and work.

 

Qualifications:

• Human Resources Diploma or equivalent experience

• Clear Criminal Record check (Current within the last 3 months)

• Clear Current Child and Youth Intervention (Current within the last 3 months)

• Valid Driver's License and reliable vehicle

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Must be able to establish good and trusting relationships with clients

• Ability to remain flexible and adapt well to changing environments

• Must have a positive attitude and be willing to advocate and provide referrals for clientele
